Guided Writing
- Through rich prompts and a gentle rhythm of writing and silence we will explore moments of faith in our lives and have the option of sharing our words with our sisters at the end. Estimated time 1 hr
Hiking -
Come see beautiful fall colors on a 1.1 mile round trip hike down to the river and then along the Cascade trail. We’ll start at the lodge for an easy .5 mile walk to the river’s edge along River Road, which is packed dirt and gravel. (Those wishing to join us for the first part only can return to the lodge via River Road.) For the remaining .6 mile, we will hike on the Cascades trail which has a more moderate difficulty rating. Estimated time 45 min - 1 hr.
Tea Testing & Embroidery -
Let’s grab our Bibles, brew a cup of tea, and immerse ourselves in the soothing, nourishing, and inspiring world of tea and scripture. We will find peace and wisdom in every sip and verse as we sample a variety of teas. In addition, we will have the opportunity to do a small embroidery craft as we sit together in fellowship during this cozy time. Estimated time 1 hr
