Where: Garden City Chapel and Retreat Center
When: Friday July 21 – Monday July 24 (Departure: 11am, Return Arrival: 6 pm)
Who Can Come: 6th graders through graduated seniors. Friends are welcome if they agree to follow the retreat rules and they and their family have signed the CAC release form.
Cost: $130 total. Need a $50 deposit (non-refundable) by May 29 with the completed release form (CAC Uth Release Form 2023-2024). The remainder is due before departure. Checks can be made out to “Cary Alliance” with “Beach retreat” on agenda line. Please put deposit and completed release form in Mrs. Debby Bauder’s office mail box.
Scholarships are available . Contact Roger to request a scholarship.
What to bring: A complete list will be sent out closer to the event date. But keep in mind:
1. Remember that girls need a 1 piece bathing suit in order to swim in the pool or at the beach. See attachment about Tankinis and need to wear a long shirt 100% of the time over it (in and out of the water). Absolutely no bikinis allowed with or without a shirt.
2. Remember “Nice church clothes (slacks/skirts with Collared shirts or Dresses)” needed for Chapel on Sunday: no jeans
