The purpose of Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is to meet the needs of every mom (stay-at-home or working, single or married). Moms with different lifestyles all share the desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS is about celebrating motherhood, meeting needs, making connections and experiencing God’s love. MOPS provides encouragement and fun, small group discussions, creative activities and nurturing childcare, all from a biblical perspective. Meetings are the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. from September through May. You may participate in MOPS if you are expecting a child or have a child from newborn up through kindergarten. We also offer a homeschool/trackout room if you have older children at home as well.
Our fall semester begins September 5th. Fees, collected on a semester basis, are as follows:
- Moms not requiring childcare (Fall – $57, Spring $25)
- Moms requiring childcare (Fall – $62 , Spring – $30)
The fall registration fee includes a one-time fee of $32 per year required by MOPS International. This fee is non-refundable. If you participate in the fall semester, you will not need to pay this fee again for the spring semester.
After completing our church’s registration/childcare forms, you will be contacted via email with a registration code to register with MOPS international and be able to pay their fee online.
A limited number of financial scholarships are available each year. Please contact Carolyn Facemire to obtain an application.
Because of limited capacity in our MOPPETS program, childcare slots cannot be reserved until payment or scholarship application is received.
