As part of the C&MA, one of the passions of Cary Alliance Church members is to raise up and support future and existing missionaries. Over the years God has blessed us with being able to send out workers into the harvest fields with the Christian and Missionary Alliance, ELIC, Wycliffe, Trans World Radio, and other organizations.
It is our prayer that as a church we will fulfill God's calling on us as it is written in the Great Commission. Cary Alliance Church seeks to "Live the Call Together" as we pray, give, send, and go.
Michael and Valerie are serving in Senegal, West Africa. After a year of French language study in Albertville, France, they are currently learning the Wolof language, the mostly widely spoken language in Senegal. They are also learning the culture of this people group and praying for opportunities to be salt and light in their community. After completing language study, field leadership will determine where their specific ministry focus will be. Teammates are involved in university ministries, medical clinics, vocational training centers for young men and women, and small group Bible studies. Michael and Valerie have four children, Ezekiel, Isaiah, David, and Timothy. For more information please visit their website at www.livingthecall.wordpress.com
